1. Field of activity
Services offered include, but are not limited to:

Car coding and diagnostics;

CarPlay & AndroidAuto integration;

Electronic module repairs (FRM3, CCC/CIC/NBT navigation, Mercedes-Benz EIS, Porsche BCM, Vag BCM2, etc.);

BMW remote key services (E/F series);

CAS and ECU cloning, 6WA/6WB clocks virginization;
-
ECU repairs, clear crash data airbag computers;
-
Stage 1 resofting, DPF, EGR, AdBlue, SCR deactivations;

Map update.
2. Order and its processing

The customer selects the desired service on the website and completes the order online.

Payment for the service is made entirely online, by bank card through the processor Revolut Business (3D Secure secure system).

After confirming the payment, the customer will send the part/equipment to the Provider's headquarters by courier (the shipping cost to the Provider is borne by the customer).

After completing the work, the Service Provider sends the repaired part to the customer by courier. Sameday, the return cost being borne by the Provider.
3. Billing and documents

The tax invoice is automatically generated and sent by email, along with the shipping AWB.

All prices displayed on the site include VAT (if applicable according to tax regulations).
4. Payment methods

Exclusively through bank card (Visa/MasterCard) through the 3D Secure system, through the Revolut Business processor.

Cash or cash payments are not accepted.
5. Delivery
-
The Customer is responsible for the initial shipment of the part to the Provider's premises.

After repair, shipment to the customer is made by courier, and the customer receives the AWB by email.

Delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of the repair and the courier.
6. Warranties and limitations of liability

The provider guarantees the quality of the services provided according to the specifications.

If the part cannot be repaired, the customer will be notified and the amount paid may be refunded, less shipping and diagnostic costs, if incurred.

The provider is not responsible for defects caused by previous interventions, incorrect use or failures independent of the work performed.
7. Consumer rights

The customer has the right to request additional information before ordering.

According to the legislation of GEO 34/2014 on consumer rights, services performed at the express request of the client and parts sent for repair are not subject to the right of withdrawal (they cannot be returned after the service is performed).

8. Protection of personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with Privacy Policy, available on the website.
9. Force majeure
The provider is not responsible for delays or inability to provide services caused by factors beyond its control (e.g. major technical failures, lack of parts, disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.).
10. Applicable law and dispute resolution

This contract is governed by Romanian law.

Any disputes shall be resolved amicably, and otherwise, by the competent courts in Romania.
