This service is for Mercedes-Benz vehicles equipped with FBS3 electronic immobilizer systems (and SOME FBS4 OPERATIONS), offering complete solutions for cloning, virginization, adaptation and key adding, without having to replace expensive modules through the official dealer network.

Available services

Mercedes module cloning

Complete copy of the immobilizer (IMMO) data from a working module (EIS/ECU/ISM/TCU/DSM) to another compatible one, keeping the VIN, keys and synchronization parameters.

Virginization (reset to “new” state)

Preparing used modules (ECU, EIS, ISM, TCU, DSM) for adaptation to another vehicle, removing the old IMMO synchronization data.
Carried out with care to protect the original data and with a checksum check.

Module adaptation and full synchronization

Recalibration and synchronization between EIS, ECU, ISM, TCU and ESL (electronic steering lock) to allow the engine to start correctly and the associated electronic systems to work.

Key adding (All Keys Lost / Add Key)

We generate and program new keys in the following situations:

• all keys lost,

• adding a spare key,

• replacing a damaged or faulty key.

Common symptoms and causes

• The engine won’t start or doesn’t recognize the key

• The key turns, but the dashboard stays off

• The steering wheel won’t unlock (faulty ELV/ESL)

• The gearbox won’t engage gears after TCU/ISM replacement

• The ECU or EIS module no longer communicates via diagnostics

• “Key not accepted” / “Invalid key” / “Start error”

Instructions for sending the module

1. Removal: carefully remove the module from the vehicle (consult the technical manual).

2. Packing: use bubble wrap and a rigid box for protection.

3. Include: a sheet with:

   • your full name and phone number,

   • a description of the problem,

   • the VIN (last 7 characters),

   • photos of the faults found during diagnostics.

4. Send the parcel to:
